You’ll learn mindfulness techniques, boundary-setting practices, and time-management skills to protect your creative energy. We will conclude with a Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a meditation practice that involves a state of consciousness between sleep and wakefulness. It's a simplified version of an ancient relaxation technique that combines guided imagery either sitting or lying down on your back.
