Love exists in many forms — self-love, the love of family, friendships, and the love that binds communities together. Yet in the midst of life’s busyness, it’s easy to lose touch with the heart’s wisdom. Heart Space invites you to slow down and reconnect with the healing power of love through the intuitive and transformative process of SoulCollage®.
In this two-hour virtual workshop, you’ll be gently guided through a creative journey that honors love as a unifying and restorative force. Through a combination of guided imagery, mindful reflection, intuitive collage-making, and journaling, we’ll explore the ways love flows through our lives — sustaining us, connecting us, and reminding us of our shared humanity.
Together, we will:
- Create SoulCollage® cards that reflect your personal heart journey and the relationships that nurture you
- Engage in a short guided meditation to open your heart to self-compassion and connection
- Journal and share insights in a supportive, uplifting community of fellow creatives
- Discover how your SoulCollage® cards can become touchstones for renewal, gratitude, and deeper connection
No prior art experience is necessary, however some foundational SoulCollage® experience is helpful. This workshop provides a sacred, creative space where love can be seen, shared, and renewed through the language of imagery and intuition.
Join us for an afternoon of creativity, connection, and heart-centered reflection — and leave with visual reminders of the love that surrounds and sustains you.
🎨 What You’ll Need: Scissors, glue, a few magazines or images, and a card base (details provided after registration).
What is SoulCollage®?
SoulCollage® is a deeply personal, creative collage practice that supports:
- Self-discovery, acceptance, and empowerment

What to Expect:
- Opening Ritual: Welcome and introductions
- Focusing Activity: Guided meditation, sacred reading, or poetry
- Creative Time: Hands-on card making in a quiet, contemplative space
- Reflection: Journaling and connecting with your new cards
- Sharing: Small group discussion
- Closing Ritual: A simple card reading and group close

📦 U.S.-based online participants who register at least 30 days in advance will receive a basic card-making supply kit.
