ONE-TO-ONE CUSTOM CREATIVITY COACHING
Need help with getting through a creative project? Or one -to-one help to launch your creativity? SYC has custom creativity coaching packages available to meet your needs which can be conducted virtually (by email, SKYPE/ZOOM or in person (DC area only)). 3 Month Spark Your Creative Coaching Package: Investment $1250 ( optional monthly payment of $425 per month)
Intensive support for your creative pursuits, to keep you on track, keep you motivated, and work through the messy parts where you get stuck. Benefits include setting up creative goals, activities and address areas that have contributed to blocks to your creative practice and a "road map" to move you forward.
This package is for you if....
- You need more structure, focus and direction with your creativity or creative practice.
- You have a specific creative goal or project that you want to start on and need support and an intentional approach to make things happen.
- You want to see some immediate outcomes to some of the efforts that you have put into your creative goals.
Also includes:
-Offering two monthly calls 60 minutes
-Email Support (in between calls)
Spark Your Creative Muse Session (90 minutes): Investment $275 (as of April 2023)
Designed to nurture and heal your creative muse, for envisioning and manifesting your creative dreams and direction. Custom designed just for you, this intuitively guided session includes expressive art activities, journaling, and creative healing session: (guided yoga nidra, meditation or reiki) to focus and unblock barriers to your creativity. Benefits include providing mindfulness techniques to prevent burn out or creative anxiety, steps toward moving past areas that have contributed to blocks and gaining a sense of equanimity with your creative practice.
This package is for you if:
- Your creative anxiety is becoming a major concern for you to move forward with your creative practice.
- You feel burned out and need a nurturing kick start for your creative practice.
- You seek a more mindful or wellness based approach to exploring your creative interests or the underlying issues that are currently blocking your creativity.
Spark Your Creative Project Support Boost Session (60 minutes) $175 (As of April 2023)
A one hour concentrated session to help you to map out your creative path with a current creative project at work or a major culturally creative project (art, music, play, book, etc.) and stay on course. This session is perfect for you if you want fresh eyes on your situation and suggestions on how you can move forward. We will look at gaining clarity on project outcomes, options and action steps.
Email Creativity Coaching (Minimum 1 Month: $127, additional thereafter months $97/month)
Can be combined with the Spark Your Creative Project Support Boost Session or Spark Your Creative Muse Session or by itself. Email support to help you get over a creative block, provide accountability for a project, or a combination of assistance. Includes affirmations, meditations and other resources based on your needs. Perfect for the busy creative whose time is limited but needs support on a weekly basis to meet their creative goals or if funds are limited but need creative support.
